Custom Tritan Bottle Development: A Dual-Drink Sports Bottle with Flexible Branding

From Existing Tooling to a Brand-Owned Design

A successful reusable bottle does not always require completely new tooling from the beginning.

This dual-drink Tritan bottle was developed for one of our partner brands with two drinking options in one bottle. The project used tooling created in 2025 as a starting point, helping the brand reduce development time and control tooling costs.

With only USD 2,000 in additional tooling cost, the customer was able to create its own bottle shape and add brand-specific design details, including embossing and silk-print logo decoration.
